As a Stores Managerin the real estate industry you will play a vital role in managingand overseeing the inventory and procurement operations within theorganization. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient stockmanagement maintaining optimal inventory levels coordinating withsuppliers and ensuring timely delivery of materials to variousconstruction sites or real estate projects. Additionally you willcollaborate closely with project managers contractors and otherstakeholders to streamline the procurement process and meet projectrequirements.

Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in business administration supply chain managementor a related field.

  • Excellentcommunication and negotiation skills with the ability to build andmaintain

  • Proficiencyin inventory management software ERP systems and MicrosoftOffice

  • Leadershipabilities with experience in managing teams and driving processimprovements.

  • Knowledgeof relevant regulations and compliance requirements in inventorymanagement
