Job Overview
We are looking for a Quality Chemist for herbal extract manufacturing company. As a Quality Chemist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our products and processes. This is a full-time position located in Halol, Gujarat, India with a salary range of competitive based on experience. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related field
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a quality control role
- Strong knowledge of analytical techniques and HPLC instruments and GC instrument.
- Familiarity with quality control standards and regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct quality control tests to ensure product quality and compliance with relevant standards and regulations
- Perform chemical analysis and testing on raw materials, intermediates, and finished products
- Develop and maintain quality assurance procedures and documentation
- Identify and investigate quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related problems
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Participate in internal and external quality audits
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in quality control
