Required Experience: Relevant academic experience and reserch publications.
The faculty is expected to faccilitate classes in the Organization Behavior and HR area of basic courses and advanced specilised courses. The faculty is expected to faccilitate Training for corporates and do consulting programmes. The faculty has to publish research papers, cases, and write books or chapters as academic contribution to the area. The faculty will participate in selection of students , staff, work in committees and instituition building activities. Lastly faculty has to shoulder responsibility at the University level as part of secondary duties.-
