Associate, Quality Assurance and Testing Analyst II

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Quality Assurance and Testing Analyst II to join our BTS BUSINESS SUPPORT – INDIA team. This role is located in Pune, Maharashtra – Hybrid.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

  • Uses defined or documented processes to collect and define requirements from businesses or functional areas. 
  • Execute User Acceptance Test plans, as well as testing system modifications to prepare for implementation.
  • Works with users and peers on planning, implementing, and supporting new or existing applications.  Uses knowledge of business needs to provide design support to software and application development teams.
  • Coordinate with cross functional team, stakeholders, and business leaders
  • Provides data-driven recommendations and reports to business
  • Facilitate Training and Guidance to Technical Team
  • Writing Scope Document
  • Writing Business Requirement Document, User Stories/ Use Cases, Acceptance Criteria

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

  • Expertise in Software Testing/User Acceptance Testing
  • Experience in Agile methodology
  • Knowledge on Payments domain 
  • Experience in using Jira/Confluence
