Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Anaesthesiologist to join our team . As an Anesthesiologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality anesthesia services to patients during surgical procedures. This is a full-time position based in Raiganj, West Bengal, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience as a Junior Anesthesiologist.

Qualifications and Skills

• Medical degree with specialization in Anesthesiology
• 1 to 3 years of experience as a Junior Anesthesiologist
• Excellent knowledge of anesthesia procedures and techniques
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and make quick decisions
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Valid medical license to practice as an Anesthesiologist
• Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is preferred
• Experience with regional anesthesia and critical care nursing is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia to patients undergoing surgery or other medical procedures
• Monitor patients' vital signs before, during, and after anesthesia administration
• Manage patients' pain levels and adjust anesthesia accordingly
• Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
• Document patient information and maintain accurate medical records
• Respond to emergency situations and provide immediate medical interventions
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in anesthesia techniques and technologies
• Participate in departmental meetings and training sessions
