ORGANIZATION:
Youwill be incharge of managing the technical and operationalperformance of 34 dry ships. Your key role is to ensure safe andefficient operations of the company s vessels their routine andpreventive maintenance and that all international marinerequirements are compliedwith.

Requirements
  • Youmust be a qualified Marine Engineer; a degree in business or anyrelated discipline will be an addedadvantage.
  • Experienceas a Chief Engineer ideally on Dryvessels
  • Atleast one year of experience as a technical superintendent ideallyon Dryvessels.
  • Inyour past roles you have demonstrated high quality technical andmanagerial skills in linking various organizational resources toexcellent service delivery and operationalresults.
  • Peopleoriented and passionate about developing shipboardteams.
  • Businessacumen with capability to manage the budgetary responsibilities formultiplevessels.
  • Highlyanalytical with a proactive approach to problemsolving.
  • Goodinterpersonal and organizational skills; ability to communicateeffectively with anystakeholder.
  • Ableto multitask and work under pressure to meetdeadlines.
  • Wellupdated with the latest regulatory requirements and itsimplementation.
