We are looking for a Global sourcingmanager with strong experience in defining material group strategyand plan to achieve KPIs. Responsible toalign Material group strategy with Global material group team andresponsible to expedite Best cost countrysourcing.Responsible for negotiations forbest possible cost service guarantee and develop winwin strategiesthat achieve sustainable relationships withsuppliers.
QualificationsSkills and Abilities Engineering DegreeMech/Automobile(Mandatory) with 10 years Exp inpurchasing/strategic sourcing experience Experience with contractmanufacturing vendors. Strongpreference for some international sourcing experience Stronglyprefer some Casting/Forging/Machining sourcing experience Ability to manage projectsand establish clear goals and accountabilities to ensure successfuldelivery (on time within budget meeting agreed upon successcriteria) Knowledge of the legalterminology and language related to supplier and/or vendoragreements and contracts Advanced systemsskills and working knowledge of MS Office with advanced Excelknowledge Must have excellent presentationand communication skills Must participateand/or collaborate with Professional Associations inPurchasing/MaterialManagement.
Experience: 8 years in purchasing ofparts for Hydro dynamic couplings couplers.
