Job Summary: 

  • To ensure proper financial reporting of the Company on a timely basis with proper analysis.                                                     

  • To ensure compliance to all IRDAI reporting on time accurately with quality.

  • To prepare and manage subsidiary company accounts by ensuring complete understanding and meeting timelines for Board and other requirements by regulatory authorities.

  • To manage parent/promoter company requirements by coordinating with them and ensuring proper closure.



Key Responsibilities: 


 1) Timely and accurate reporting of financials for the Company including the

reporting of SEBI LODR Disclosures requirements.


2) Preparation and overall management of subsidiary company accounts including

analysis and review, coordination with auditors, closing Board requirements on

time, explanation to management etc.


3) Preparation and analysis of consolidated accounts and notes to accounts.


4) Timely and accurate submission of all IRDAI reports on a

monthly/quarterly/half-yearly and annual basis.


5) Contribute in preparation of notes to accounts on standalone and consolidated

basis ensuring requirements of regulations and accounting standards are met.


6) Preparation of reporting requirements as required by promoter/parent

including support in preparation of IndAS FFC/US GAAP/Schedule Schedule V

requirements.


7) Contribute in preparation of year-end and quarterly requirements including

MD&A preparation, support in producing annual report, related party disclosures,etc.



8) Identifying automation requirements and coordination for closure with IT and

other stakeholders.


9) Analysis of performance of competitors and identifying the best industry practices.



Requirements

Requirements:

 
  • 1-2 years experience in financial reporting.

  • Financial report preparation and analysis.

  • IRDAI accounting and reporting regulations - importantly finance related.

  • Hands-on experience in MS office.

  • Accounting standards knowledge.

  • People with Notice period of 30-45 Days are preferred.
