Responsibilities

Handson experience in New Product Development (NPD) of Auxiliary Systemsfor equipment and piping layout under any of the disciplines like:Gas Turbine Steam Turbine Centrifugal compressor & PumpsAuxiliary Mechanical expert Design will be responsible for theConceptual & detail design for Skid mechanical packagingdesign for all disciplines. He/ She will have the opportunity tointroduce new technology to enhance company profitability andproductivity. He/ She will be responsible for maintaining andincorporating new costeffective solutions for designs. He/ Sheshould be expert and responsible for designing of all/ some of thefollowing;

  • Plotplan TurboGroup general arrangement machinery foundation machinerymain purchaser mechanicalconnection.
  • Interconnectingpiping layout air interconnecting piping antiicing &antisurge air interconnecting piping & supports miniskirtcross piping & supports Pipe and cable trancheslayout
  • Machinerybase plate frames & piping inlet plenum drains piping forGT piping full supply plant interconnecting piping &support
  • Generalarrangement for water injection skid purge air skid oil mistseparation skid hydraulic starting skid synthetic oil console fuelgas treatmentskid
  • Oilpurifier outline mineral lube oil skid outline cooling water skidoutline hydraulic startingconsole
  • Pipingthermal stress calculation base plate calculation report machineryfoundationcalculation
  • Pipinglines specifications main skid weighting specification fuel gasshutoff and vent valve skid specification mineral oil console fullsupply plant manualvalves
  • Machinerybase plate Machinery foundation bolts walkways inside &outside enclosure on base enclosure & specification loadgearenclosure
  • Packageinterfaces study miniskirt general assembly dwg mask for Machineryfoundations
  • PerformTechnical Reviews. Review process 30%60%90%. Handhold guide& mentor the team to improve the technical competency oftheteam
  • DriveKnowledge Management Continuous improvement & Productivityimprovementinitiatives.

Requirements
  • Morethan 10 to 20 years of Experience in Gas Turbine/SteamTurbine/Centrifugal compressor/Reciprocating compressor/PumpsDesigning in oil and gas/petrochemical/power sector.
  • Should beable to read P&IDs CustomerSpecification
  • Shouldbe able to provide support on preparation of EquipmentSpecification / Datasheets PurchaseSpecification
  • Toolsskill: Siemens NX10 or above AutoCAD & TeamCenter
  • Shouldbe able to prepare Project Scheduling monitoring and control andmaintain OTD and Quality of the Engineering documents timelyexecution
  • Bachelors degree in MechanicalEngineering.
  • Experiencein an engineering position for Auxiliary System EngineeringMechanical for Turbomachinery s in oil and gas/powersector.
