Seeking an experienced AGM Spare Parts for BJR Group in Warangal, Telangana, India. Full-Time position with a Senior level role requiring 7 to 10 years of experience. Join a leading automotive company with a strong presence in Spare Parts Warehousing and Supply Chain Partner.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Quotation analyzing and purchase order management.
  • Order Pad Preparation and Distribution.
  • Vendor invoice processing.
  • Stock and reports maintenance in MS-EXCEL.
  • Follow-up and tracking orders.
  • TML GRN and Purchase return handling.


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Quotation analyzing and raising purchase orders for ordering goods.
  • Weekly /Monthly Order Pad Preparation and Distribution to workshops.
  • Processing vendor invoices for payment after verifying PO and invoices.
  • TML GRN and Purchase returns management.
  • Daily SPARES PRICE LIST Updating.
  • Follow-up and tracking AVR/VOR Orders.
  • Maintaining stock reports and BO reports on a daily basis in MS-EXCEL.

. Contact customers to confirm delivery date and address

. Plan and coordinate product delivery activities to ensure accurate and timely deliveries to the customers

. Track the status of product deliveries and resolve any issues promptly

. Making follow-up calls to confirm sales orders or delivery dates

. Resolved delivery issues and handled enquiries from dealers

. All correspondence reports prepare in MS-Word and MS-EXCEL

. Doing internal audit and perpetual inventory on periodical basis.

. Ensure parts availability across locations without disrupting the service work flow as per TAT.
