Requirements • Must: Deep understanding of Java, Java EE, Servlets, JSP, Tag libraries, and JSTL skills, combined with a strong understanding of Enterprise Java frameworks such as Spring andHibernate • Must: Deep understanding of all AEM building blocks including templates, components, touch UI dialogs etc., and AEM development • Must: Deep understanding of Sightly (HTL), Sling Models, Queries, OSGi services and components • Must: Deep understanding of the AEM Sites deployment, Dispatcher Configuration, Clustering • Must: Deep understanding in Java, web development experience, other Content Management system experience • Must: Expertise with core web technologies including XML, XHTML, Client Server-Side Scripting languages such as JavaScript, and JSP, and web services development using RESTful implementations • Preferred: Expertise in AEM foundational concepts, including the CRX repository, the AEM platform, the use of core frameworks such as Apache Sling and Apache Felix. • Must: Application development, distributed application development and Internet/Intranet based database applications • Must: Very good communication skills, influencing & negotiation skills • Preferred: Good understanding of and hands- on development experience with relevant "Java CMS" frameworks including Apache Sling for content- centric application development, JCR and JSR- 170 / JSR- 283 for Content Management, JSR- 168 and JSR- 286 for Portal development, and Apache Felix for OSGi bundle development. • Preferred: Good Understanding of Integration with other Adobe Marketing Cloud Products like Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target etc. • Preferred: Good Understanding of Latest Features in AEM • Overall experience of 6 - 10+ years with 5+ years of AEM experience
