Job Overview


We are Looking for 7-10 yrs Experienced Candidates in Surfactants, Agro chemicals, Personal Care Products , Preferably in International Sales in MNC, Reputed Companies


This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive sales and marketing strategies for our chemical products in international markets.


The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales plans, building strong relationships with clients, and identifying new business opportunities.


Additionally, they will work closely with the marketing team to create effective marketing campaigns and promote our products globally.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in international sales and marketing of chemicals, preferably in the surfactants, personal care products, agrochemicals, or pharma industry
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders

  • Knowledge of business strategy and market dynamics
  • Proficiency in strategic communications and presentation skills
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets in international markets
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through market research and networking
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and partners
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns
  • Provide product training and support to clients and distributors
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
  • Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote our products
  • Stay updated on industry trends and developments in chemicals and related markets
