JobDescription:
We aresearching for a skilled Civil Supervisor to manage constructionprojects in Saudi Arabia. This role involves coordinating andsupervising all onsite activities ensuring compliance with qualitystandards safety protocols and project timelines. The successfulcandidate will work closely with project managers and engineeringteams to monitor progress and deliver projectsefficiently.

KeyResponsibilities:

• Oversee onsite construction activities ensuring compliance withproject specifications quality standards and safetyprotocols.
  
• Leadand supervise a team of construction workers assigning tasks andmonitoring workperformance.
  
• Collaborate with project managers engineers and other stakeholdersto ensure seamless execution of projectplans.
  
• Ensurethat materials are procured and utilized efficiently minimizingwaste anddelays.
  
• Identify potential issues onsite and work with the team to resolvethem promptly minimizing disruptions to projecttimelines.
  
• Prepare and present daily/weekly progress reports to seniormanagement highlighting achievements challenges andrisks.
  
• Ensure that all workers follow safety protocols identify potentialhazards and conduct safety training asneeded.
  
• Monitor changes in project scope or design and assess their impacton resources andtimelines.
  
• Inspect completed work and ensure adherence to quality standardsandspecifications.
  
  

Requirements

• Diploma or bachelors degree in Civil Engineering ConstructionManagement or a relatedfield.
  
• Atleast 4 years of experience in a supervisory role within theconstructionindustry.
  
• Relevantcertifications in construction management or safety areadvantageous.
  
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies materialproperties and buildingcodes.
  
• Proven ability to manage motivate and lead teamseffectively.
  
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize underpressure.
  
• Quickthinking and problemsolving skills to handle challengesonsite.
  
• Strong verbal and written communication to report to stakeholderseffectively.
  
• Keenunderstanding of safety regulations and their applicationonsite.
  

Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of constructionmethodologies, material properties, and building codes. LeadershipAbilities: Proven ability to manage, motivate, and lead teamseffectively.
