Job Overview: As a SeniorObservability Platform Specialist you will play a crucial role inadvancing our companys observability platform. Your primaryresponsibility will be to leverage your extensive experience invarious observability platform implementations to keep our productat the forefront of the industry. You will act as a bridge betweenthe technical and business realms ensuring that our platform notonly meets current market standards but also sets new benchmarksfor innovation and functionality. KeyResponsibilities:
  1. MarketAnalysis and CompetitiveResearch:
  • Conductindepth research to stay abreast of the latest trends andadvancements in observabilityplatforms.
  • Perform detailed comparisons ofcompeting products to identify strengths weaknesses and marketgaps.
  • Regularly present findings to the teamhighlighting potential areas for innovation and improvement in ourproduct.
  1. RequirementGathering andAnalysis:
  • Workclosely with the product management team to translate marketresearch into concrete business and functionalrequirements.
  • Organize and lead brainstormingsessions to generate new ideas and approaches for productenhancement.
  • Develop clear detaileddocumentation of required features andfunctionalities.
  1. Collaborationand StrategyFormulation:
  • Collaboratewith senior management to align product development strategies withcompany objectives.
  • Actively participate instrategic planning sessions offering insights from a market andtechnicalperspective.
  1. ProductDevelopment andEnhancement:
  • Leadthe initiative to fill gaps in our current product offerings basedon market research and competitiveanalysis.
  • Guide the technical team in thedesign and development of new features andfunctionalities.
  • Ensure that productenhancements are executed within the set timelines and meet qualitystandards.
  1. StakeholderEngagement andCommunication:
  • Maintainconstant communication with the product manager and otherstakeholders to align on priorities and deliveryschedules.
  • Present regular updates to seniormanagement on progress challenges andmilestones.
  1. TeamLeadership andMentorship:
  • Providementorship and guidance to team members working on observabilityplatform projects.
  • Foster a culture ofinnovation and continuous improvement within theteam.
