Candidatemust be well versed into Business Develoment MIS (operations) andCustomer Supportareas.
KeyResponsibilities:

• Develop andimplement strategic plans to achieve verticalobjectives
• Oversee the daytoday operations andperformance of the vertical
• Lead and manage ateam of professionals to drive success
• Driveinnovation and identify new business opportunities within thevertical
• Ensure alignment with overallorganizational goals and policies
• Monitor andanalyze market trends and competitoractivities
• Work crossfunctionally with otherdepartments to achieve verticalobjectives
• Manage and optimize financialperformance and budgets
• Report on keyperformance indicators and make datadrivendecisions
• Establish strong relationships withkey stakeholders and partners

RequiredQualifications:

• BTechMBA
• Proven experience in a senior leadershiprole within a similar industry orvertical
• Demonstrated success in leading andgrowing business units or verticals
• Strongstrategic thinking and decisionmakingabilities
• Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills
• Ability to inspire andmotivate teams towards achieving sharedgoals
