Social Media Manager – Corporate Branding

Company Overview:
We are a leading digital marketing agency specializing in political campaigns, branding, and corporate communication. Our focus is on creating innovative, impactful strategies that drive engagement, build brand loyalty, and generate results. We are looking for a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to handle both political campaigns and corporate advertising, with expertise in running Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Corporate Social Media Strategy:
    • Develop and manage social media strategies for corporate clients, focusing on brand awareness, lead generation, and community engagement.
    • Create compelling content that aligns with the brand's voice and goals, and ensure it is distributed across appropriate social media platforms.
    • Oversee social media advertising campaigns, including Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms as needed to promote business growth and brand identity.
    • Monitor social media trends, adjust strategies as needed, and engage with followers to foster a positive community.

  • Content Creation & Branding:
    • Create engaging content, including posts, videos, graphics, and ads, for both political and corporate clients.
    • Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and is optimized for maximum impact on social media platforms.
    • Work with design teams and content creators to develop visually appealing and effective campaigns.

  • Analytics & Reporting:
    • Analyze data from social media campaigns, including engagement metrics, conversion rates, and ROI.
    • Provide regular reports to clients and stakeholders on campaign performance and suggest improvements or adjustments to meet KPIs.

  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with political campaign managers, corporate marketing teams, and external partners to ensure alignment of social media strategies with broader campaign and business objectives.
    • Coordinate with content writers, designers, and other departments to create cohesive marketing strategies.

Requirements:

Experience:

    • 3+ years of experience as a Social Media Manager or Digital Marketing Manager, with a proven track record of running political campaigns and corporate social media ads.
    • Strong experience with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and other social media advertising platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
    • Experience working on political campaigns or political advertising is a significant advantage.
    • Experience in corporate branding and social media management, including creating content, running paid campaigns, and managing community engagement.

Skills:

    • Deep understanding of social media platforms, especially Facebook and Instagram, and how to leverage them for both organic engagement and paid advertising.
    • Strong portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns in both the political and corporate sectors.
    • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.), analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights), and ad management platforms.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to create persuasive, compelling content.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.

Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree, certification in Digital Marketing, Meta ads.
    • Certification in social media advertising (Meta Blueprint, Google Ads, etc.) is a plus.

  • Other Requirements:
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
    • Creative mindset with a passion for digital marketing and social media trends.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary:

Basic salary starts from Rs. 12,000 + Performance based incentives and bonus.
