Requirements

Weare looking for a skilled Project Scheduler and Primavera P6Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strongbackground in project scheduling and planning with extensiveexperience using Primavera P6. You will play a critical role inoptimizing project scheduling resource management and reportingacross theorganization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering Project Management Business Administrationor a related field. A Master s degree ispreferred.
  • Minimum of 45 years ofexperience in project scheduling and planning with significantexpertise in Primavera P6.
  • Strongunderstanding of project management methodologies (PMI PRINCE2) andbest practices in scheduling and resourcemanagement.
  • Excellent analyticalproblemsolving and decisionmakingabilities.
  • Strong communicationskills with the ability to present complex information clearly todiverse audiences.
  • Proficiency inMicrosoft Office Suite particularly Excel and experienceintegrating Primavera P6 with other project management and ERPsystems.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Consultingand Advisory: Provide expert guidance on Primavera P6setup configuration and best practices to enhance projectscheduling resource management andreporting.
  • Training andMentorship: Train and mentor project teams juniorschedulers and planners on the effective use of Primavera P6ensuring consistent application across theorganization.
  • Customizationand Integration: Tailor Primavera P6 reports dashboardsand interfaces to meet specific project and organizational needs.Integrate P6 with other enterprise systems such as ERP and costmanagementtools.
  • Troubleshooting andSupport: Offer advanced troubleshooting support forPrimavera P6 users addressing issues related to scheduling dataintegrity and systemperformance.
  • StakeholderCollaboration: Collaborate closely with project managersengineers finance teams and other stakeholders to ensure projectschedules align with all technical and financialrequirements.
