Operate manual and CNCmachines to produce tooling parts.4. Conductmeasurements and inspections using precisioninstruments.5. Collaborate with engineersand designers to develop efficient toolingsolutions.6. Troubleshoot and resolve issueswith existing tooling.7. Maintaincleanliness and organization of the toolroom.8. Adhere to safety protocols andprocedures at all times.9. Document workactivities including tooling maintenance andrepairs.10. Assist in the training anddevelopment of junior staffmembers.
Requirements:1.Diploma or certification in Tool and Die Making from NTTF/GTTC orCIPET.2. Proven experience as a tool makerin a manufacturing environment.3.Proficiency in operating manual and CNC machiningequipment.4. Strong knowledge of toolingmaterials machining processes and heattreatment.5. Ability to read and interpretengineering drawings and GD&Tsymbols.6. Precision measurement skillsusing calipers micrometers and gauges.7.Good problemsolving and troubleshootingabilities.8. Excellent attention to detailand quality orientation.9. Effectivecommunication and teamwork skills.10.Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime asneeded.
