The Job

Community Samvada, a hyperlocal news magazine, is looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive who will be responsible for Selling/booking advertising space to SMEs and Corporates in South Delhi, Noida, and Gurgaon.


Responsibilities:


  • Selling /booking advertising space to SMEs and Corporates in South Delhi, Noida, and Gurgaon.
  • Engage with clients to demonstrate how Samvada can help them drive revenue to their business.
  • Understand the Client's business well, enabling them to design a package that is most suitable for them.
  • Develop and cultivate deep professional relationships with a variety of clients.
  • Hit target revenue quota.
  • Update and create sales proposals
  • Ensure repeat /larger business from existing clients (Client retention)

The Profile

  • We are looking for someone with Direct Sales Experience which involves customer handling,  Face-to-face meetings, negotiations, Closing A Sale
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, follow-up skills, and knowledge of Marketing
  • Computer Savvy (Email writing, Excel, CRM, WhatsApp conversations)
  • The person should be a Go Getter, Confident, Motivated, and have No Fear of Rejection
  • He or She should have High Energy, Should be Result driven, Persistent and Willing to Learn
  • The person should be Looking At Personal and Professional Grow
  • You are willing to undertake 30 to 60% travel.

Our client is a neighbourhood news magazine and online portal for different localities of New Delhi Noida and Gurgaon. Residents of these neighbourhoods write articles and share opinions, news and happening in their respective neighbourhoods. Besides news and editorial, they also publishes information related to local businesses and service providers.
