Purchase Planning organizing and controlling all relatedactivities:
Assignment in Preparation Negotiation anddealing with Major Service Contracts Material Purchase formaintenance
and capex activities AMCs Stores &Spares All BSR Orders for operation and maintenance activitiesMisc. MIS
Reporting involving in WCM CSFA SCM etc. forsmooth operation & maintenance of plant as per requirementwith in
the minimum lead time at lowest cost.
Procurement Monitor timely delivery of services procurement& costeffective purchases:
Explore alternatemarkets/ suppliers and products.
Develop alternateservice provider without compromise on quality.
Keepingclose contact with service to success to contract.
Studythe plants requirement and discuss with vendor for ratecontract.

Vendor Development identificationof new vendors for quality cost and deliveryimprovements:
Locate alternate ServiceProvider
Evaluate all Service Provider as per definedSOPs.
Prepare /develop new service provider andalternate source of services get approved as per SOP.
Assessing the performance of the vendors based on variouscriterions/timely delivery of service.

Leadtime reduction:
Follow up with service provider/contractors for delivery of services in time.
Releasedorders daily and submitting report to SH Material.
Toprepare action plan every day for pendency of indents &POs.

Management InformationSystem:

Ensuring timely and correct entriesof data in various business software (SAP DIY).
Timelysubmission of various data as and when required byManagement.
SHE (Safety Health& Environment) along with Sustainabilityinitiatives:

Ensuring 100% compliance of allsafety standards and all applicable recommendations related totheir
concerned area.
Timely conductingscheduled SO round and reporting of accidents incidents and nearmisses on occurrences
in the area of concern insystem.
Active participation in safety training safetysub committees standard champions meeting and any safety
event.
Ensure good housekeeping limited use of power noleakage of water oil air etc. and reporting concerned if
any abnormalities for corrective action.
Adhering of allsafety precautions on the site and off the site
Replicating good practice for saving environment for long runsustainability and creating awareness among
manpower tosave guard natural resources.

SystemManagement:
(Effective implementation of all IMS andother systems requirements through involvement forcontinuous
improvement in plant working condition& quality standards).
To implement improvementproject to reduce repetitive problems.
Timely submissionof Kaizen OPL Good to fine suggestion on system
Developing new service provider.
Conversion activitiesof frequent activates into BSR.
100% activeparticipation in respective KFA & GRT meetings and givinginputs related to bring new
technology innovation andimprovements towards productivity.
