  • Reviewvetting negotiating various service contracts tech partnershipsvendor contracts nondisclosure agreements of Corpository and otherGroupcompanies.

  • Reviewand rendering of advice on transaction structures from a regulatoryperspective.

  • Draftingof various processes and standardization oftemplates.

  • Coordinatingwith external counsels for advisory and relatedmatters.

  • Assistin due diligenceprocesses.

  • Draftingreviewing and negotiating debenture subscriptions/ issuancesstructured finance and othertransactions.

  • Managingoverall corporate legal activities of theGroup.

  • Contributetowards knowledge management and building of the team from a legaland regulatoryperspective.

  • Activelycoordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction closureand implementation of processes whererelevant.

  • Preparationof highquality initial documentation which requires minimalmodifications.

  • Undertakingof transactions independently with limited guidance/overview.

  • Assistancein execution oftransactions.

  • Researchon applicable statutory and regulatory norms precedents and marketpractices.

  • Adviceon any litigation proceedings by/ against theGroup.


Primaryresponsibilities


  • Establishingand implementing the legal vision along with the foundingteam.

  • Managea highpressure work environment responding to the needs of afastgrowing business on institutional finance capital markets assetmanagement and retailfinance.

  • Alwaysbe on the cutting edge of legal developments and disseminate to thewider organisation important trends on aspects including but notlimitedto:

    • Technologyand impact on financial services

    • Dataprivacy

    • InformationTechnology Act2000

    • Regulatorynorms applicable to theorganization

    • Legalregime surrounding the services and products offered by theorganization

  • Assistin development and implementation of scalable internal policieson:

    • Riskmanagement

    • Conflictofinterest

    • Otherinternalprocesses.

  • Identifycompetitive advantages and legal / regulatory trends for thebenefit of acompany.

  • Beresponsible for real time resolution and to deliver keyrequirements confirming to specified timelines and clientrequirements.

  • Ensuredelivery of high quality work customised to meet specific clientand business requirements meeting the best marketstandards.

  • Communicateeffectively and unambiguously with all internal and externalstakeholders.

  • Buildyour own negotiatingcapabilities.
