PositionOverview:
We are seeking a highly skilledsenior WordPress Developer with over 4 years of experience inhandling highcomplexity projects and custom WordPress development.The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of WordPressarchitecture themes and plugins along with a strong grasp offrontend and backend development.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • WebsiteDevelopment:
    Develop customize and maintainWordPress websites ensuring high performance security andscalability.
  • Collaboration:
    Workclosely with the design and content teams to create userfriendlyand visually appealingwebsites.
  • Theme & PluginCustomization:
    Implement and customizeWordPress themes and plugins to meet projectrequirements.
  • PerformanceOptimization:
    Optimize websites forperformance speed andSEO.
  • Troubleshooting:
    Troubleshootand resolve website issues and bugs in a timelymanner.
  • TechnicalSupport:
    Mentor and guide junior developersproviding technical support and codereviews.
  • ProjectManagement:
    Work with project managers toensure projects are delivered on time and withinscope.
  • PerformanceTesting:
    Conduct regular websiteperformance tests and provide recommendations forimprovements.
  • IndustryKnowledge:
    Stay uptodate with the latesttrends and technologies in WordPress and webdevelopment.

Qualifications andSkills:

  • Experience:
    Minimumof 4 years of professional experience in WordPressdevelopment.
  • TechnicalSkills:

    • Proficientin PHP HTML CSS JavaScript and MySQL.
    • Extensiveexperience with WordPress theme and plugindevelopment.
    • Strong understanding of WordPressarchitecture and best practices.
    • Experiencewith frontend frameworks such as Bootstrap orFoundation.
    • Familiarity with version controlsystems such as Git.
    • Knowledge of RESTful APIsand thirdparty integrations.
    • Experience withwebsite performance optimizationtechniques.
    • Understanding of SEO best practicesandtools.
  • SoftSkills:

    • Strongproblemsolving and analytical skills.
    • Excellentcommunication and teamwork abilities.
    • Abilityto work independently and manage multiple projectssimultaneously.
