Responsibilities:


10 years of hands-on experience in design and implementation of VoIP solutions that includes but not limited to Microsoft Teams, Cucm, Webex (Webex and MS Teams Must) Strong knowledge in troubleshooting with tools like Wireshark, Syslog Viewer Knowledge of SIP, RTP, SRTP, RTCP, SDP, audio codecs and video codecs Experience in number porting support with various telecom service providers Strong knowledge in troubleshooting of Cisco voice gateway and AudioCodes SBC. Job Requirements Details: Hands-on experience on Cisco SBC and Voice Gateways Hands-on experience on Cisco Webex administration and troubleshooting. Sound knowledge on protocols like SIP, H.323, SDP. Excellent knowledge on using the troubleshooting tools like, Wireshark, fiddler, Netmon. Solid understanding of TCP IP concepts and protocols such as DHCP DNS TFTP NTP and LDAP Strong experience in Cisco video endpoints Troubleshoot and resolve general Voice Unified Communications related issues with root cause analysis Design and implement AudioCodes devices and Microsoft Teams Direct Routing Administration and support of AudioCodes devices Work effectively with the stakeholders to gather and document Legacy discovery information. Develop a comprehensive and detailed SOW. Validate Bill of Materials Responsible for detailed documentation of the solution in the form of LLD/HLD Resolution ownership of technical challenges occurring during/after the implementation Identify various service improvement opportunities. Conduct routine hardware and software audits for all the supported systems to ensure compliance with the established standards, policies, procedures, and requirements. Assist in developing support and monitoring processes. Engage with the vendors/service providers and ensure the standards are met. Expertise in Session Initiation Protocol, PSTN Connectivity, VoIP, and Contact Center Solution Experience in troubleshooting and supporting AudioCodes SBC, Microsoft Teams, Polycom Proficient in configuring and managing AudioCodes environment independently.

To qualify for the role, you must have
