Merative is looking for talented individuals across the spectrum destined to join the existing Salesforce.com team to build out and support a world-class CRM.

The Lead Sr Salesforce Developer will be a key member of our technical CRM team, responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, extensive hands-on development experience, and the ability to provide technical leadership to a team of Salesforce Administrators and Developers. The successful candidate will collaborate with various business partners to collect requirements, design scalable solutions, and ensure consistency to Salesforce standard methodologies. Additionally, the Lead Sr Salesforce Developer will play a crucial role in issue resolution and providing technical support for Salesforce applications, ensuring their continued success and efficiency within the organization. Responsibilities include:

Lead the Salesforce development team to ensure clear understanding of technical requirements and design, while adhering to best practices for functionality, performance, and security. Undertake hands-on development of key components for site releases. Take ownership of releases and troubleshoot issues and core problems. Research platform capabilities and identify opportunities relevant to the business and internal CIO roadmap. Proficiency in a hybrid agile methodology and planning for a continuous integration development model. Enhance efficiency and effectiveness of our core CRM technology platforms by influencing and establishing best processes through solid design, decisions, and tools. Provide technical platform leadership and demonstrate excellent organizational skills with a proven ability to execute on deliverables. Formulate and define system scope and objectives through research and fact-finding to design, develop, modify, or integrate complex information systems. Expertly and independently executes and delivers all phases of the development and configuration lifecycles with the highest levels of quality. Serve as a recognized technical and functional subject matter expert in their area and source of expert knowledge and technical mentoring. Stay current on CRM/Salesforce trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills/Experience:

7+ years solid Salesforce.com experience with demonstrated track record of success. 5+ years’ experience as senior developer in Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce Sales Cloud. Salesforce CPQ is a must have Strong business knowledge in Salesforce.com Automation, Service Cloud implementation and support. Proven experience in designing and implementing end-user solutions. Business Analysis skills and experience with integrating CRM with business systems. Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external clients. Must be able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical co-workers. Work effectively in small and globally diverse team of Salesforce.com professionals. Must be capable of responding to a fast-paced environment and able to work multiple projects simultaneously. Must be flexible to working in an environment of changing priorities. Provide strong technical leadership to project teams, nurturing their success. Lead code reviews to ensure adherence to development best practices and oversee deployments. Proactively identify and troubleshoot technical issues, recommending continuous improvement solutions. Prioritize scalability, security, and maintainability in all technical solutions.
