Job Details


Position - NOC-Executive/Sr Executive

Maintaining usage reports, logs as per the business/statutory requirement
Related networking job; switching & routing, interaction with providers & vendors
Implementation and troubleshooting Switch/Router network
Should have good communications skills.
Should be good in documentation
Should have hands on experience in network designing and good understanding of networking concepts in LAN, WAN
Working experience in Routers, Firewalls, Switches, IP data network, Integration and operations related to Upstream providers (International Bandwidth)
Helpdesk Support - Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.

Qualification :

Graduatation


Experience:

2-3 years experience
Strong work ethic, detail oriented as well as excellent oral and written communication skills.
Sound problem resolution, judgment and decision-making.
Experience with TCP/IP and general networking issues.
Experience providing superior customer service and support.
Experience working effectively in a team environment, communicating effectively, resolving issues efficiently, and contributing to the improvement of the infrastructure.
Strong interpersonal and organization skills, successful in working both independently and in a team environment.
Strong problem solving skills.
