Develop and maintain technical documentation for a variety ofsoftware products systems and processes in the airline domainincluding user manuals system guides troubleshooting guides and APIdocumentation.
Receive prioritize and analyze problemtickets related to airline system applications and processes andconduct RCA and collaborating closely with stakeholders.
Monitor and analyze trends patterns and recurringissues.
Translate complex technical concepts andspecifications into easily understandable language for a diverseaudience of endusers administrators and technical supportpersonnel.
Create visually appealing flowcharts diagramsand schematics to illustrate system workflows processes andarchitectures using industrystandard tools such as Visio Lucidchartor Draw.io.
Collaborate closely with subjectmatter experts software developers engineers and project managersto gather information validate technical content and ensuredocumentation accuracy and completeness.
Conductthorough research and analysis to ensure alignment with industrystandards regulatory requirements and best practices in technicalwriting and documentation.
Provide training and supportto internal teams and customers on using documentation effectivelyresolving queries and troubleshooting issues related to ourproducts and systems.
Continuously review and updatedocumentation based on feedback product enhancements and changes inbusiness requirements to ensure relevance and usability overtime.

Requirements:
Bachelors degree inTechnical Engineering with Communication fluent English ComputerScience or a related field.
Proven experience as aTechnical Writer and analyst in the airline industry with a solidunderstanding of aviation terminology processes andregulations.
Strong proficiency in English withexceptional writing editing and proofreading skills as well as theability to convey complex technical information clearly andconcisely.
Expertise in creating flowcharts diagrams andother visual aids using tools such as Visio Lucidchart orDraw.io to enhance documentation clarity andcomprehension. Experience in Servicenow and JIRA is an addedadvantage.
Strong analytical ability to conductRCA.
Familiarity with complex computer systems softwaredevelopment methodologies and technical concepts with the abilityto translate them into userfriendly documentation.
Experience working with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders togather requirements validate content and ensure documentationquality and accuracy.
Knowledge of documentation toolsand technologies such as Microsoft Word Confluence as well asversion control systems like Git is a plus.
