Create and oversee the annual operating plan, encompassing production volumes, quality targets, cost optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives. Monitor and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure efficient operations and adherence to standards. Supply Chain & Quality Management: Design and execute a robust supply chain strategy, ensuring efficient procurement, timely delivery, and cost-effectiveness. Partner with Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs to define and implement stringent quality control processes. Drive continuous improvement in product quality through ongoing evaluation, analysis, and preventative action plans.
