Could you be the full-time Mechanical Project Engineer in Hyderabad we’re looking for?


Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive mechanical engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, dedicated, and solution-oriented teammates.

You'll be accountable for performing and managing Mechanical Domain activities in line with QCD commitments. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Design, Sourcing, Industrialization), planning and piloting project deliverables, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of defining requirements and mechanical interfaces to equipment, monitoring the conformity of Mechanical Sub-Systems deliveries, and ensuring the quality of deliverables. But also, you will be actively involved in coordinating Mechanical Domain contributors on projects.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Ensuring the quality and customer acceptance of Mechanical Domain deliverables

  • Effective planning and piloting of Mechanical Domain activities

  • Managing production of deliverables on assigned work packages

  • Designing products with project requirements in mind

  • Conducting and documenting Mechanical Domain Design Reviews

  • Identifying and mitigating risks within the Mechanical Domain scope

  • Reporting on progress and anticipating potential issues

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering

  • Experience or understanding of Railway products

  • Knowledge of CAD tools such as Catia V5 and PLM tools

  • Familiarity with effective communication and interpersonal skills

  • A hands-on approach with a structured and organized work style

  • Operational proficiency in English for reading, writing, and technical meetings

  • Effective time management and prioritization capabilities
