KeyResponsibilities:
- DataProduction: Engage in the complete data productionprocess including writing editing and conducting quality checks toensure the highest level of dataintegrity.
- MarketResearch: Conduct market research to understand trendsand user needs informing the development and optimization ofLLMs.
- Machine Learning& Creativity: Gain valuable insights into theinteraction between machine learning and human creativityinfluencing the development of advancedLLMs.
- SpecializedKnowledge: Develop expertise in specific content areasand data formats crucial for achieving projectgoals.
- Documentation:Maintain detailed records of LLM models methodologies andapplications for knowledge sharing and referencepurposes.
Qualifications:
- EducationalBackground: Bachelor s or Master s degree in EngineeringComputer Science or a relatedfield.
- Experience:At least 01 year of relevant experience as an LLMTrainer
- TechnicalSkills:. Familiarity with Excel for data analysis andreporting is alsorequired.
- Market ResearchSkills: Proven experience in conducting market researchand analysing industry trends to inform modeldevelopment.
- DesirableExperience: Previous experience as an annotator forestablished AI/LLM companies is a significantadvantage.
- LanguageSkills: Proficiency in English is required. Multilingualcandidates will be givenpriority.
