The position

As a Senior IT Test Specialist_TOSCA Test Manager at Novo Nordisk, you will have the following responsibilities: Handle end-to-end testing activities for TOSCA Test Automation like planning, defect management, review of the test scripts/ flows created in the business applications. Handling the team of TOSCA test specialist and delivering the business with quality and expectations. Analyze and verify the best automated test approaches and test cases, organize and monitor defect management processes, handle changes, and conduct regression tests. Work in liaison with Validation Responsible to ensure compliant delivery of test artefacts and prepare software defect tracking and report entire project release status to stakeholders and contribute towards achievement of project goals and manage multiple concurrent tasks and be flexible. Participate in PI Planning and other Agile ceremonies to plan, retrospect, and flag project risks and challenges as relevant. Participate in audits and inspections related to the project supported and participate in innovative initiatives and carry them through successfully. Contribute to the optimization of work processes within the team and continuously maintain, develop, and improve service catalogue and Demonstrate resourcefulness and ownership. Perform stakeholder management as a part of delivering services involving multiple stakeholders and Perform effort estimation for the projects and define the resource allocation. Challenge vendor suggestions, contracts, and estimations. Ensure the service is delivered in compliance with internal and external requirements and develop training materials related to business processes. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications: Bachelors or Masters in relevant field with minimum 8+ years of experience in working in a service -based organization/pharmaceutical industry. Proven experience in test management and service management. Strong understanding of IT systems, compliance requirements, and supported business processes and experience in vendor management and user training. Must have experience in working as a senior in TOSCA automation. Must have Hands-on experience in TOSCA API, DI (Data Integrity) & ETL jobs and developing test methods from engineering specifications. Strong Understanding of SAP/S4HANA Logistic, finance, and other modules like PD, PS, PM, and MM business modules. Experience in stakeholder management involving multiple stakeholders with diverse interests, knowledge, cultural background, and personality. Experience with Agile methodologies and participation in Agile ceremonies. Experience in engineering operations, including designing, constructing, testing, and operating equipment and Ability to interpret plans, drawings, and specifications. Strong analytical skills to isolate issues found in testing.
