Job Overview

Gamut HR Solutions is seeking a Senior Interiors Sales Manager to join our team in Hyderabad. This is a full-time position ideal for a professional with 7-10 years of experience in interior sales. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving sales growth and building client relationships in the interior design industry.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Negotiation Skills: Proficiency in negotiating contracts and closing sales in a mutually beneficial manner.
  • Visual Merchandising: Ability to create visually appealing displays to attract and engage potential clients.

  • Problem Solving: Aptitude for identifying and resolving issues promptly to maintain client satisfaction.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets in the interior design sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and industry partners.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking and market analysis.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and suppliers to ensure mutually beneficial terms.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute promotional activities and events.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
