JobSummary:

The ExecutiveManager for Films will oversee all aspects of film production fromdevelopment through postproduction ensuring that projects arecompleted on time within budget and to the highest artisticstandards. This role requires a visionary leader with extensiveexperience in film production strong management skills and theability to guide creative projects while balancing commercialconsiderations.

KeyResponsibilities:
  • FilmProduction Oversight: Lead and manage the production offilms including development preproduction shooting postproductionand distribution ensuring all phases align with the projects visionand goals.
  • TeamLeadership: Recruit manage and mentor a diverse team ofcreative and technical professionals including directors producerswriters and editors fostering a collaborative and innovative workenvironment.
  • Budget andFinancial Management: Develop and manage productionbudgets ensuring costeffective allocation of resources whilemaintaining the films artisticintegrity.
  • CreativeCollaboration: Work closely with directors writers andother key creatives to shape the vision of each film providingguidance and support throughout the productionprocess.
  • Vendor and PartnerManagement: Establish and maintain relationships withexternal partners including studios distributors vendors andinvestors negotiating contracts and managing keypartnerships.
  • ProjectScheduling: Develop and oversee production schedulesensuring timely delivery of each project milestone while managingpotential delays andobstacles.
  • RiskManagement: Identify and mitigate potential risksthroughout the production process ensuring smooth operations andsuccessful projectcompletion.
  • QualityAssurance: Maintain the highest standards of qualityacross all aspects of film production from script development tofinal cut ensuring that films meet or exceed industrystandards.
  • Marketing andDistribution: Collaborate with the marketing anddistribution teams to develop strategies for film release includingfestival submissions theatrical distribution and digitalrelease.
  • Compliance:Ensure all film productions adhere to legal safety and regulatoryrequirements including industryspecific standards and guildregulations.
  • Innovation:Stay informed of industry trends new technologies and emergingtalent integrating innovative practices into the production processto enhance creativity andefficiency.
Qualifications:
  • Education:Bachelor s degree in Film Media Production Business Administrationor a related field. A Master s degree or equivalent experience ishighlydesirable.
  • Experience:Minimum of 6 months of experience in film production with at least1years in a senior managementrole.
  • Skills:
    • Strongleadership and team managementabilities.
    • Indepth knowledge of filmproduction processes including preproduction productionpostproduction anddistribution.
    • Proficiency in budgetmanagement and financialoversight.
    • Exceptionalorganizational and project managementskills.
    • Excellent communicationnegotiation and interpersonalskills.
    • Ability to manage multipleprojects simultaneously and work under tightdeadlines.
