Role&Responsibilities:
  • OrderManagement Handle and own complete orderfulfillment process B2C B2B AmazonFulfillment
  • Order Fulfillment Ensuring fulfillment of orders within SLA ship costoptimization fulfillment reconciliation coordinating with 3PLpartner
  • Inventory Management Inventory reconciliation Inventory activationacross all online platform Internal transfers Inventory analyticsSafety stockplanning
  • Procurement/ManufacturingCoordinating with manufacturer for production SLAs & openPOs Production planning Freight booking and coordination CoordinateQC during production Maintaining WIP inventory count VendorManagement
  • Returns Defining returns process & training 3PLpartners Returns repacking Spares material planning and reorderingensuring returns are processed withinSLAs
  • Reporting/Analytics Shipping cost analysis Fulfillment cost analysisComparing fulfillment data and approving 3PL carrier invoicesIdentify and suggest new fulfillment strategies to optimize cost& increase service levels tocustomer

RequirementsandQualifications:Must have understanding of Logistics & shippingprocesses. Generalaccountingunderstanding. Dataanalysisexperience.Experience and understanding of ERPsystems. AdvancedMS Excel understanding is a must have. Ability to workquickly with an appropriate sense of urgency &efficiency. Abilityto work independently at times under minimalsupervision. Mustbe a strong communicator with great attention todetail. 5 years ofexperience in supply chain logistics or relatedarea. Previousexperience with reportingplatforms. Familiarwith Jira or Confluence project management aplus. Analyticaland problemsolvingskills. MBA(Operations) or advanced degree in supply chain would bepreferred
