Roles & Responsibilities:

· Knowledge on all Joining technology used in Cars & Van’s.

· Knowledge on BIW components and assembly sequence.

· Meeting product development milestones & cross-functional requirements.

· Life Cycle Management of Joining technology: Provide technical solutions and concepts, Interactions with cross-functional teams, Plant etc.. for realization of part(s)\assemblies

· Estimate for failures and their modes of the joining technology created.

· Creation, documentation and archiving of all necessary joining elements according to methodology.

· Taking care of manufacturing, assembly & tolerance requirements, supporting for the release management activities.

· Ensure effective communication with Business partners, Innovation & Knowledge sharing with in the team.

Qualifikationen

Qualification:

B.Tech/B.E./M.Tech/M.E - Mechanical, Automobile.

Mandatory Skills:

· Domain knowledge of Body in white. Knowledge of joining elements, manufacturing, tolerance & assembly processes.

· Overall knowledge of vehicle development system & benchmarking

· Knowledge and experience of constructing parts in Siemens NX & PLM systems.

· Daimler methodology, systems and processes know-how is an advantage.

· Good communication and presentation skills. High team spirit, learning attitude & Driven to win attitude.

· Exposure to intercultural aspects and German language.
