We are looking to hire an experiencedMicrosoft Dynamics CRM Senior Technical Consultant to join aMicrosoft Gold Certified Dynamics partner with headquarters inDubai with global operations. This role will be based at theclient's ODC office in Bangalore. The individual will beresponsible for development and maintenance of the MicrosoftDynamics 365 CRMbased products and the ideal candidate will havesound knowledge in Dynamics CRM entities workflows configurationscustomization development integration development reportingdashboards web resources CRM solution file management securitymodel UI development and Power Platform. Additional areas ofresponsibility may include project management and support servicemanagement.


The candidate must bedetailoriented and have the ability to manage and prioritizemultiple demands from a large user base. The candidate should havedeep knowledge of Dynamics365 CRM in all technical and functionalareas and strong BI skills.

  • The resource should have understanding of CRMDynamics 365 as a platform.
  • Should beexperienced in stakeholder management and should be able to conveycomplex business requirement in simpler forms to developmentteams.
  • Should help team in development ofplatform capabilities in alignment with strategic platformroadmap.
  • Design Build and configureapplications to meet business process and applicationrequirements.
  • 6 Experience with MicrosoftDynamics 365/ 2016 and power apps.
  • Experiencein customizations workflows MS flows ribbon Plugins JavaScript c#.netHTML SQL Server SSRS including plugins scripting and formcreation Power BI.
  • Experience with CRM APIREST/ODATA and SOAP endpoints.
  • Familiaritywith Data export services and azure SQL.
  • Comfortable using visual studio TFS/VSTS Source controlCRM SDK.
  • Should have good communication andanalytical skills.
