Job Description

Description:

§To improve the mapping of tools & data used in FIS for main Engineering processes§To support and Lead some specific project related to Data Architecture (eg : Eng. Database)§To define and implement the data management approach that will ensure: The knowledge of engineering data§The control of their quality§Their usability by the business§To transform our current architecture to the best-in-class Big Data ecosystem with GIS & DSF§To exchange data through API Gateway, Data Bus, and so on to enable data continuity between main systems (TIGER, PALM, Eng App Center etc)§To align data models and architectural work to business objectives§To build relevant Engineering Data architecture§To participate to data catalog and ontology with Data governance teams§To facilitate and enable the creation of Engineering ontology§To expose data to potential business owner, and data users§To participate to data mining & AI projects§To contribute to the evolution of the data usage practice by:§Leading a thematic community§Providing training.

Qualification: The ideal candidate will have/be :

•Master Degree in IT•At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role, if possible, in an industrial company•Worked previously on ontology projects Familiar with Big Data thinking & tools (ETL, Palantir)•International mind set•Leadership, excellent interpersonal skills and ability to listen actively our business partners•Ability to work in a team within a matrixed organization•A quick and versatile learner, Autonomous and self-motivated•Minimum bi-lingual (English required)
