about the role

Produce research memos, whitepapers, newsletters, and present to stakeholders.

Spearhead research projects, leveraging strong analytical and logical reasoning skills.

Perform qualitative and quantitative research

Determines customers’ needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information.

Defining product strategy and roadmap.

Identifying potential products, conducting market research, generating product requirements, and determining specifications, production timetables.

To analyse research requirements and scope of the research work.

Ensure projects and teams are structured in most benefitted manner for organization.

Accountable for project/product deliveries within the committed QCD (Quality, Cost and deadline) for our product.

Adhere to and implement consistent processes & tools defined by technical governance.

Ensure direct relation with key stakeholders by frequent review meetings, proactive follow ups, feedbacks for customer satisfaction and avoiding escalation. Ensure feedback is taken seriously and action plan in place. Also, in case of any escalation, ensure that actions are taken on the utmost priority.

Organise regular progress reviews & other team meetings.

Ensure Quality processes is understood and respected by the team members.

Suggest innovations, and be part of innovative projects.


about you

Strong experience of conducting in-depth research on emerging technologies (such as Blockchain, AI, Web3, Digital Payments) and knowledge of IT tools, and be able to articulate their impact on sectors, and business functions.

To be able to effectively analyse market conditions to develop an understanding of the industry and business dynamics.

The candidate must have experience of working on technical research studies.

Problem solving skills: Strong analytical skills and the ability to think independently.

Should be able to structure all communication with meaning and flow.

Awareness of current events in the industry and ability to identify key trends shaping the industry.

Good written and verbal communication skills, and be fluent in English.

Good presentation and communication skills with the ability to analyse and synthesize the available data and bring out value-added insights.

Deep understanding of project/product management and openness towards technologies.

Teamwork, or how to make team working together.

Very good experience/understanding in SDLC Methodologies, Agile, DevOps and SAFe.

Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence.

Very good communication (written, verbal and presentation) and interpersonal skills.

Research best practices within and outside the organization to establish benchmark data and use continuous process improvement disciplines to achieve results.

Strong motivation to dive deep into a given content to develop expertise and distil key findings.

Vendor management skills is a plus.

Understanding of Big Data, IoT, Blockchains and other emerging technologies would be a plus.

5+ years of project management experience, including tracking and planning projects.

Education qualification: BE/, BE/BTech + MBA, Graduate/Postgraduate with science/math’s background.

Good experience on gathering requirements from the client / business and documentation.

Good experience on full product lifecycle with understanding of development lifecycle and various technology methodologies that support that lifecycle.
