Job Overview:
As a AM Sales (Marine) with 6-8 years of experience, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and maintaining strong relationships with clients in the marine industry. Your technical expertise, coupled with your sales acumen, will be essential in promoting and selling marine products and solutions. The successful candidate will have a solid educational background in engineering, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in marine sales. STOP Marine Insurance Clauses knowledge i.e. A, B & C all with experience in Marine Insurance division and Insurance Broking Industry & Hull Insurance.Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the marine industry.
  • Understand client needs and requirements, providing tailored solutions to meet their specific challenges.

Sales Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the marine sector.
  • Prepare and present technical proposals, product demonstrations, and quotations to clients.

Product Knowledge:

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and competitor offerings.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of the company's marine products and services.

Technical Support:

  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients, addressing inquiries and concerns.
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure clients receive accurate and timely information.

Market Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the marine industry.
  • Analyze competitor activities and recommend strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

Sales Reporting:

  • Prepare regular sales reports, detailing achievements, challenges, and future strategies.
  • Utilize CRM tools to maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in (B.TECH/BE), Mechanical Engineering, Marine Engineering, Licentiate and Associate in Insurance.
  • Proven experience in marine sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong technical background in marine engineering and a deep understanding of marine products and systems.
  • STOP Marine Insurance Clauses knowledge i e A, B & C all with experience in Marine Insurance division and Insurance Broking Industry & Hull Insurance.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
