JobSummary:
Theincumbent in this position would be responsible for providingprompt and effective administration support and development for theAutomation Solutions Business Intelligence tools. This wouldinclude handling Tier 3 support tickets and following changemanagement process for development and enhancement. In this roleone needs to interact with customers to understand requirements andprovide an optimal solution.Required Skills andExperience:
45 years of experience with SQL and PL/SQLAbility to deliver complex business solution with minimalsupervision Experience working with variousdata sources like Oracle ODI ETL SQL Serveretc. Good written and verbal communicationskills Good problem solving and analyticalskills Flexible to work in 24x7environment Working experience on SBM/SNOWand Agile Process is a plus Knowledge ofData Analytics concepts is a plus Knowledgeof PowerBi is a plus Knowledge of DevOps isaplus
RolesandResponsibilities:
Responsible for Server administration and performing regularmonitoring and maintenance activity Supportand maintain production data and repository assets. Administersupport and maintain the reporting toolsetenvironment Define/Improve processes toimprove system performance and efficiencyReview and implement best practices within the team to maximizesystem potential Responsible for handlingtier 3 support tickets and providing resolution within definedservice level agreements Contributesthroughout project life cycles from planning to productionimplementation including the creation of functional designstechnical designs and test plans for repository models andhierarchies. Develop and execute reports Bugfixes optimizations and enhancement document processes and generaterequired metadata Serves as technical expertfor missioncritical BI applications including design developmentimplementation and support. Should know howto write advance SQL use Oracles SQL aggregate and analyticfunctions Must have skill sets in writingcomplex SQL and PLSQL programs Must haveProficiency in tuning the SQL PLSQL code for optimumperformance Work with Business users tounderstand reporting requirement and provide optimalsolution Work with functional mangers toprovide optimal solutions to businessproblems
