  • Understandsthe difference between a creative idea and a tactical execution and(based on the nature of the project) can be proficient atboth.
  • Understanding of social media and digitalplatforms.
  • Knows how to handle and implementfeedback from senior members of the team as well as theclient.

Whatyou will learn during this program:
  • Theability to create spoton ideas from concept tocompletion
  • Ability to spot the seed of an ideaand understand how to nurture and enable it to grow into animpactful change making campaign.
  • Your mainfocus will be on ideation and writing both at a high speed andvolume.
  • Collaborate with client services andstrategy departments to develop a high variety of ideas that meetscreative and strategic criteria.
  • Hone yourskill in conceptualizing brainstorming and collaborating to createthe strongest ideas.
  • Write and create impactfulsocial and traditional media content that reflects brand s voiceand adheres to the brand s styleguidelines.
  • Simultaneously manage multipleprojects with short deadlines.
  • Gather learningsand insights from platforms consumer feedback and culture to makeconcise relevant recommendations.
  • Present copyconcepts rooted in strategic thinking to creativeleaders
  • Collaborate with an sr copywriter tosuccessfully plan pre production through post production includingorganizing the shoot directing content etc.
  • Astrong handson knowledge of the big social media platforms andtheirspecific
  • abilities/limitations.
  • Turnideas into long and short formatscripts.
  • Understand the process from writingscripts to taking them to the final shootstage
  • Collaborate with the production teamconsisting of producers director and productioncrew.

  • Abachelor s degree
  • Proficiency in microsoftoffice G Suite or similar software
  • Strong skillset for storytelling a mastery of grammar and the Englishlanguage
  • Ability to problem solve and thinkcritically
  • Ability to multitaskeffectively
  • Ability to stay highly organizedand efficient in a fastpaced rigorous workenvironment.
  • Basic knowledge of the advertisingindustry.
  • Loves TV andcinema
  • Proven social media writingskills

  • Great with feedback andrevisions
  • A working laptop that you can bringto work.
  • Ability to commute tooffice
