ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Development experience

Should be certified ServiceNow Administrator.

Should have hands on (development) experience on HRSD, ITSM Applications.

Should be able to understand the requirements from business.

Should be having great scripting knowledge.

Should be able to resolve technical issues in the system.

Should possess excellent communication skills.

Technical Requirements:

Excellent understanding of the below modules:

HRSD and its workflows , customizations

ITSM - Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management, Service Portal, Service Catalog

ServiceNow Glide API Scripting, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS

Experience in 3rd party integrations using REST, SOAP

EXPERIENCE

4.5-6 Years

SKILLS

Primary Skill: Servicenow Apps Development Sub Skill(s): Servicenow Additional Skill(s): AngularJS, Servicenow Technical, JavaScript Development
