2.BASICFUNCTION
a.Manages coordinates and supervises overall activity personnel andmachinery of thesection. Responsible for theproduction quality of the section in conformance tostandards.
3.JOB RELATED KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS ANDABILITIES
a.Minimum of 10 years independently managing relevant section inidentical ceramic tilesmanufacturingcompany.
b.Able to work lengthy hours if needed and works all shift flexiblywhen jobdemands.
4.EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS / MINIMUMREQUIREMENTS
a.Degree / Diploma in Engineering ( PreferablyElectrical/Mechanical/Ceramic)
5.MAIN DUTIES ANDRESPONSIBILITIES
a.Carries out all tasks control activities of all operations insection by guiding hissubordinates in theirduties &responsibilities.
b.Plans & implements production activities closely monitorsproduction to achieve targetsand qualityobjectives.
c.Coordinates with other sections takes prompt corrective andpreventive action to solveproblems relatedto production &quality.
d.Works to achieve cost reduction by planning & implementingbest production practicesreduction ofwastage & rejection.
e. Plans& coordinates with maintenance for reducing machinebreakdown by propercorrective &preventive maintenance activities insection.
f.Prepares & maintains all reports related to production& downtime. Maintains reportsanddocuments required for ISO and other product quality auditingentities.
g.Maintains records of raw material & consumables used in thesection.
h.Enforce company rules discipline safety protocols & goodhouse keeping in thesection.
