Job Overview


Gamut HR Solutions is seeking a talented Production Designer with 4 to 6 years of experience in the field of Modular Furniture. As a Production Designer, you will be responsible for designing and creating modular furniture products that meet the needs and requirements of our clients. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Furniture Design, or a related field.
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in designing modular furniture products.
  • Proficiency in CAD software for creating detailed design drawings.
  • Strong knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and construction techniques used in modular furniture.
  • Excellent creativity and artistic skills to develop innovative furniture designs.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to meet project deadlines.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations in furniture design.


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Design and develop modular furniture products based on client requirements.
  • Create detailed product design drawings using CAD software.
  • Collaborate with architects and interior designers to ensure furniture designs align with overall design plans.
  • Review and approve samples of modular furniture for quality and functionality.
  • Research and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in modular furniture design.
  • Work closely with the production team to ensure accurate and timely production of furniture products.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to source materials and components for production.
  • Conduct regular quality checks to maintain high standards of product quality.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in furniture design and production.
