Position: UI/UX Designer
Location: Remote

Role Overview:

Draconx is seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer with 1–2 years of experience to join our innovative team. In this role, you will play a key part in designing intuitive and visually appealing user experiences for our web, app, and software solutions. The ideal candidate is a user-centered designer with a passion for creating seamless interfaces that enhance user satisfaction and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Design and deliver engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications that align with client requirements and business goals.

  • Conduct user research, analyze insights, and create user personas, journey maps, and wireframes to inform design decisions.

  • Develop prototypes and mockups to communicate design ideas effectively to stakeholders.

  • Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other team members to ensure the feasibility and consistency of designs.

  • Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components for seamless development integration.

  • Test designs for usability, accessibility, and responsiveness, iterating based on feedback and user behavior data.

  • Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies, and apply them to improve design quality.

  • Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine outcomes.



Requirements

  • 1–2 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design projects.

  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar.

  • Strong understanding of UX principles, user research methodologies, and interaction design.

  • Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with developers.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and responsive design principles.

  • Attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
