Job Overview


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team at Rayah Impex private Limited. As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and achieving targets within your designated area. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience in sales. The job is located in Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra, India and the employment type is Full-Time.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Sound knowledge of the local market and industry trends
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
  • Willingness to travel within the designated area


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Meet ENT Doctors tie up and awareness
  • arrange the camps. programme in club etc.


  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets within the designated area
  • Manage a team of sales representatives and provide guidance and training to ensure their success
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and identify new business opportunities
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust strategies accordingly
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations of the sales team and provide feedback and coaching
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to align sales efforts with overall business objectives
