• Develop and deliveranaesthesia courses for medical students andresidents

• Mentor and supervise medicalstudents residents and fellows
• Participate indepartmental and institutional committees andactivities
• Collaborate with other healthcareprofessionals for patient care and researchprojects

• Contribute to the development andimplementation of departmental policies andprocedures
• Participate in academic andprofessional development activities
• Conductassessments and evaluations of trainees

RequiredQualifications:

• MD or equivalentdegree from an accredited institution
• Boardcertification in Anaesthesiology
• Minimum of 5years of clinical experience inanaesthesia
• Proven track record of scholarlyactivity including publications and researchgrants
• Experience in teaching and mentoringmedical students residents andfellows
• Leadership experience in academic orclinical settings
• Strong interpersonal andcommunication skills
