:The Finance Manager will be a pivotal member of the Epiq Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team, responsible for overseeing financial planning, analysis, and automation projects. This role will involve the development of custom extract/transform/load (ETL) processes and reporting automation across multiple platforms, primarily using Excel and Visual Basic for Applications (VBA). The successful candidate will have experience working with both financial and operational systems, developing, documenting, and training on process automations, and performing effective requirements analysis through leveraging relationships with key business line stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities:
Project Management: Oversee and prioritize a backlog of automation and financial analysis projects with a defined intake process, deliverables, and timelines. Financial Analysis and Reporting: Develop and enhance financial reports and data automation using primarily Excel and VBA, integrating data from ERP systems, operational service delivery systems, and ad-hoc data sources.Ensure financial reports are designed for ease of understanding and present key data effectively in a consistent corporate style.Conduct financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.Maintain and prioritize a backlog of automation development projects with a defined intake process, deliverables, and timelinesBuild automations & analysis on $500M+ of sales commission dataKey contributor towards LS Finance digital transformation & automationManage & Innovate out-to-market sales & client facing contract pricing platformAssist with and develop data charts for India MOR Finance AnalysisAssist in managing: LS ESI & DRS financial charts & data; Revenue & EBBITA flash; Sales Booking-to-Revenue; GSS Variance, Forecast, & Allocation Analysis; India & EMEA Headcount adjustments; Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with global Finance colleagues and business leaders, and Sales to align processes, reporting, and communication strategies.Ensure timely communication and delivery of all financial analysis and automation projects.Ad-hoc projects and initiatives on an as needed basisManages the development and enhancement of periodical pricing file updates Leadership and Management: Lead and mentor a team of financial analysts, providing guidance and support for their professional development.Collaborate on ad-hoc projects and initiatives as required.Qualifications and Skills:
Technical Skills: Strong expertise in Excel and VBA is essential.Knowledge of SQL, Alteryx, Regex, R, or Python is highly desirable. Professional Experience: Extensive experience in financial analysis, business process automation, and financial modeling.Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into automated, documented processes. Soft Skills: Excellent attention to detail.Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional matrix environment, both independently and as part of a team.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, and presentation abilities.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced business environment. Educational Background: BS/BA in Technology, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline with relevant work experience, MBA/MS preferred5+ years of combined finance, development, or business experience is preferred.Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is an advantage.If you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us
