As a Sailpoint Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing identity governance and administration solutions using the Sailpoint platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and work closely with clients to understand their requirements and provide technical expertise in deploying and customizing the Sailpoint solution.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.Minimum 6 years of experience as a Sailpoint IIQ Developer or similar role.Strong technical proficiency in Sailpoint IdentityIQ, including developing and implementing custom workflows, rules, policies, and connectors.Experience in integrating Sailpoint IIQ with various systems, such as LDAP, Active Directory, HR systems, and applications.Proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as Java, BeanShell, PowerShell, or similar.Familiarity with identity and access management (IAM) concepts, including access provisioning, deprovisioning, role-based access control, and identity lifecycle management.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and propose effective solutions.Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Highly motivated and self-directed, with the ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.Relevant industry certifications, such as Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM), Certified Identity and Access Consultant (CIAC), or Sailpoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer, are highly desired.
