OverviewAsan AI/ML Engineer in our organization you will play a crucial rolein designing implementing and maintaining cuttingedge AI andmachine learning solutions. You will be responsible for developingand deploying machine learning models and collaborating withcrossfunctional teams to drive actionable insights from data. Yourwork will contribute to the advancement of our AIdriven productsand services and you will have the opportunity to work withstateoftheart technologies to solve complex businesschallenges.
Keyresponsibilities
  • Designing anddeveloping machine learning models andalgorithms.
  • Participating in the entire modeldevelopment lifecycle from data collection and preprocessing totraining and deployment.
  • Conducting statisticalanalysis and deriving meaningful insights from large complexdatasets.
  • Collaborating with software engineersto integrate machine learning models into productionsystems.
  • Optimizing and finetuning existingmachine learning models for improved performance andscalability.
  • Researching and implementing newAI and machine learning techniques to enhance existingsolutions.
  • Conducting experiments to validatemodel performance and accuracy.
  • Assisting inthe development of data infrastructure and pipelines to supportmachine learning workflows.
  • Staying currentwith the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and bestpractices.
  • Participating in code reviews andproviding constructive feedback to teammembers.
  • Collaborating with crossfunctionalteams to understand business requirements and deliver AI/MLsolutions that meet organizationalneeds.
  • Documenting model developmentexperimentation and results for knowledge sharing andreproducibility.
  • Contributing to the continuousimprovement of the AI/ML development process andinfrastructure.
  • Providing technical guidanceand mentorship to junior members of the AI/MLteam.
Requiredqualifications
  • Bachelors or Mastersdegree in Computer Science Data Science Statistics or a relatedfield.
  • Proven experience in developing anddeploying machine learning models in a productionenvironment.
  • Solid programming skills in Pythonand proficiency with machine learning libraries such as TensorFlowPyTorch or scikitlearn.
  • Strong understanding ofmachine learning algorithms data structures and computationalcomplexity.
  • Experience working with largescalerealworld datasets and implementing data preprocessing and featureengineering techniques.
  • Familiarity withsoftware engineering best practices version control systems andagile methodologies.
  • Ability to communicatecomplex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholderseffectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in acollaborative team environment and drive projects to successfulcompletion.
  • Experience with cloud platformssuch as AWS Azure or GCP for deploying and managing machinelearning infrastructure is aplus.
  • Understanding of distributed computingparallel processing and GPU acceleration for machine learning tasksis desirable.
  • Strong problemsolving skillscreativity and a passion for continuous learning and professionalgrowth.
  • Excellent analytical and criticalthinking abilities with a strong attention todetail.
  • Ability to adapt to evolving prioritiesand technologies in a dynamic workenvironment.
  • Publications patents orcontributions to the AI/ML community are considered a strongasset.
  • Certifications in machine learning deeplearning or related domains are aplus.
