CoreFunctionalResponsibilities
- Manage daytoday assignedoperations tasks for smoothdelivery.
- Supporting the team crossfunctionally tocomplete assigned tasks andgoals.
- Updating CRM database and coordinating onsending out campaigns andemails.
- Work with the management team to develop andimplement operationalinitiatives.
- Updating and maintaining performancemetrics.
- Conducting engagements internally andexternally to enhance/aid the marketing.
GeneralResponsibilities:
- Ensure proper coordination withthe team members.
- Participate in weekly review meetings withvarious teams.
- Work with reporting managers business headsand internal teams to achieve tasks andgoals.
